| Calendar Lottery Fundraiser |
| The Closter Junior Football Program, as part of it's fundraising efforts, sponsors a Calendar Lottery. If you have been associated with the program, or have purchased books in the past, you'll know how much fun it is to play. These Calendar Lottery books are very easy to sell. People buy them because they like playing the Lottery, to use as gifts for the holidays or birthdays, or just to support the program. Many people will buy multiple books to increase their chances of winning. The Lottery works in the following manner. Each Calendar Lottery Book costs $20.00. The Calendar Lottery Book has a 3-digit number pre-assigned to it, or you can pick your own 3-digit number. The winning number for any day is the NJ Lottery Pick 3. If the winning NJ Lottery matches the number on your Calendar book, you win the amount that is in the book for that day. The prize is usually $25.00, but on major Holidays the prize is $100.00. The best part is that you have 365 chances to win your money back. There are people who will win multiple times. One of the biggest supporters of the Closter Junior Football Lottery was Dom Mircovich. In fact, in any given year for the past 4 years, Dom would sell more books than anyone. It was truly unbelievable how many books he would sell to family, friends, and business associates. With that in mind, the Closter Junior Football Program has decided to dedicate all proceeds from the upcoming 2002 Calendar sales to "Friends of Dom". It was felt that the Football Program should support "Friends of Dom" just as much as Dom supported the Football Program. Many of you have asked how you can help "Friends of Dom". We ask that you sell these Calendar Lottery Books. This is something we can all do very easily. Again, these books are easy to sell for personal use, to associates at work, as well as gifts for the holidays, birthdays, etc. This is a great way to support "Friends of Dom", as well as acknowledge Dom's support of the Football Program.
